We would like to invite your company to submit a quotation for the hiring of construction equipment/plant on an instructed basis for a period of three (3) years. The equipment will be required at various sites within the Blue Crane Route Municipal area, including Pearson, Cookhouse, and Somerset East.

2. 14m truck-mount cherry picker
3. Lifting platform 10m diesel yard trailer
4. Cage truck 6 ton
5. 12-ton crane truck
6. 40-ton crane truck (high mast)
7. 35-ton 215kW bulldozer
8. High-flow mobile pump
9. Heavy-duty jack hammer
10. 14m truck-mount cherry picker
Scope of Work:
Hiring of various construction equipment including
Equipment must be delivered within 7 days upon receipt of an order.
Rates must include driver/operator, fuel.
Delivery will be instructed to specified sites within the municipality.
Quotation Requirements:
Evidence of plant registration certificates or lease agreements if hiring the equipment.
Quotations must remain valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
Establishment and de-establishment cost for the machines
NB: We are aware you may not have the full requested machines, kindly send the one you have that are mentioned on the attachment.
:If you can serve all three sites, please indicate delivery rates to the locations. If you can serve only one site, it’s acceptable.
